Linda Papatopoli
Founder & Pianist
Linda Papatopoli is a classical pianist who performs extensively in the Boston area as soloist and in collaboration with fellow artists, and has given performances and master classes in Europe, Japan, and Carnegie Recital Hall. Her passion for the classical music of Spain and her interest in culture led her to found the Boston Arts Consort, producing programs that bring Spain’s rich heritage to the public. Ms. Papatopoli is also active in music and poetry-inspired events at the Kaji Aso Studio for the Arts with her husband, actor Donal O’Sullivan. She is on the teaching faculty of Boston College where she teaches piano and directs the Boston College Piano Ensemble, and is on the piano roster of the José Mateo Dance Theater.

Margarita Campos
Cultural Lecturer
Margarita Campos is familiar to Boston audiences for her engaging lectures on Spanish art and culture, including Almodovar's films: Aesthetic and Passion, A Poet's Life: Lorca in Words and Music, Scenes of Spain and Goyescas: When Art Becomes Music, celebrating the great piano work of Granados inspired by Goya. Margarita Campos is native of Spain where she is Professor of Communications at Barcelona University and is certified in Holistic Life Coaching. She makes her home in Barcelona, Spain, and Brookline, MA, and has been a long-standing member of the Boston Arts Consort providing in-depth knowledge of Spanish culture as well as her gift of communication to the audience.

Eve Costarelli
Flamenco Artist
Eve Costarelli is a flamenco artist whose dancing personifies the power and stillness held within the Spanish gypsies. Eve is the creator of "Always Be Dancing", a source of kinesthetic joy, offering classes in flamenco and yoga for every(body)--adaptable, accessible, and inclusive. She most recently started an acting career bringing together her artistic gifts to create memorable characters on screen. Eve's deep knowledge of Spanish dance and her sensitive choreography adds depth and color to the Boston Arts Consort events.

Luis De Haro
Chef and Boston Arts Consort Vice President
Luis De Haro has collaborated with the founder to promote the vibrancy of the Boston Arts Consort for over ten years, designing and delivering artfully executed and authentic Spanish cuisine at their events. Luis is a food historian and private chef dedicated to the culinary teaching of the foods and wines of Spain in community organizations including the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. He has conducted food and beverage evaluations in the United States and abroad and is also a linguist involved in government programs teaching officers bound for the U.S. Embassy in Madrid. Luis' culinary understanding and marketing background (Fordham University; M.A. Hotel Marketing, Management and Evaluation, New York University) have been invaluable to the artistic and business sense of the Boston Arts Consort.

Clara Sandler
Mezzo Soprano
Clara Sandler, mezzo-soprano, feels at home in performances of opera, operetta, oratorio, recital, zarzuela and tango. She has appeared in concerts in the Boson area, New York, Washington DC, Uruguay and in her native Buenos Aires. Her recording, “Alma Apasionada, Songs from Spain and Argentina” is on Newport Classic. Clara is on the voice faculty of the New England Conservatory Expanded Education, and of the Boston College Music Department. A certified teacher of Alexander Technique, Clara teaches classes for New England Conservatory students and has presented workshops in Boston, New York, Ireland, England, Perú, Argentina and Uruguay. Clara brings to the Boston Arts Consort a rich vocal timbre and deep understanding of Spanish vocal music.
